Community health nurses in action: a case study from Jordan

Abstract

Community health nurses can make a considerable difference in the lives of disadvantaged population groups. One of their major roles is to conduct studies that focus on at-risk populations and to use the findings to implement nursing actions to promote the public's health. This case study describes one such activity in Jordan.
