Abstract

Abstract Progressive law does not see laws as the final product, but a product that is constantly to be built (law in the making). Progressive lawmakers can make changes by making creative interpretation of existing rules, without having to wait for change of law (changing the law). Poor regulation should not be an obstacle for progressive lawmakers to bring justice to the people and seekers of justice as they can make a new interpretation every time against a rule. In order for the law to be more beneficial, it takes the services of creative lawmakers to translate the law in the social interests that it must serve. Keywords: Law, Child, Victim, Performer
