This article describes opportunities for individual, team and institutional learning through collective reflection beyond the simulated setting. It is a call to readers that as healthcare professionals and educators, we invite you to reflect on the challenge and opportunity to transform ourselves into agents of change in the healthcare setting and engage beyond our plastic and silicone niches, to jump in to generate change and impact flesh-and-blood systems through clinical debriefing.
