Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh stres kerja, konflik kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Cabinindo Putra. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berkerja bagian PPIC PT Cabinindo Putra berjumlah 61. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling yaitu dengan metode sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan  program statistik SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara konflik kerja dengan kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. This study aims to examine whether there is an influence of work stress, work conflict, and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Cabinindo Putra. The population in this study were employees who worked with PT Cabinindo Putra's PPIC section totaling 61. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling, namely the saturated sampling method. This study uses the SPSS statistical program. The results of this study prove that there is a positive and significant effect between work stress and employee performance, there is a negative and significant effect between work conflict and employee performance, there is a positive and significant effect between compensation and employee performance.
