Abstract
The aim of this article is to delve into the problems that arise in forensic assessments at the time to study family conflicts in which children are used as weapons to discredit and nullify one of the parents, when they generally remain as an important and decisive part in the resolutions, and how the term "interest of the child" is used, and assess whether the demands of parents and the court decisions taken are truly based on the "interest of the child."
