Abstract

Ipsilateral headache associated with hypoglossal nerve palsy is uncommon and is usually reported to be secondary to internal carotid artery dissection. Herein, we report three idiopathic cases of berign ipsilateral headache with hypoglossal nerve palsy. © Blackwell Publishing Ltd Cephalalgia, 2007.
