Abstract

ABSTRACT This article refers to the necessity of systematically and continuously dealing with the evaluation actions to carry out diagnoses in the public and private organizations in the productive sector. Said evaluative actions should be based on the application of an objective, practical, and viable tool, known as SWOT. The group of derived matrices should be used to analyze the most relevant factors to build a strategic balance, which may represent for the organizations' managers the possibility of successfully participating in the strategies to be implemented.
