New exact solutions of nonlinear Gross-Pitaevskii equation with weak bias magnetic and time-dependent laser fields

Abstract

By using the mapping method and an appropriate transformation, we find new exact solutions of nonlinear Gross-Pitaevskii equation with weak bias magnetic and time-dependent laser fields. The solutions obtained in this paper include Jacobian elliptic function solutions, combined Jacobian elliptic function solutions, triangular function solutions, bright and dark solitons, and soliton-like solutions. © 2005 Chin.
