Abstract

The onset of pregnancy is ensured by the implantation of a quality blastocyst into the susceptible endometrium. At the same time, with insufficient thickness of the endometrium, a decrease in its receptivity is noted, which can lead to unfavorable outcomes of programs of assisted reproductive technologies (ART). Despite significant progress in the field of ART, there is currently no precise understanding of the influence of the thin endometrium on the course of pregnancy, and there is also no consensus on methods that increase the thickness of the endometrium during prehavid preparation. The purpose of the literature review is to display current data on the impact of the thin endometrium on the outcomes of ART programs and present current methods of its therapy.
