The future of the law of the sea

Abstract

This book presents the Proceedings of the Symposium on the Future of the Sea which was organized in, and held at Den Helder in June 1972 by the Royal Netherlands Naval College and the International Law Institute of Utrecht State University. The papers delivered at the Symposium, each of which is reprinted in this book are titled: The Future of the Sea; The Freedom of the High Seas; The Mineral Richness of the Sea; The Fishery Richness of the Sea; Oceanographic Research; Pollution; and the Jurisdiction of the Coastal State.
