Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) sebelum dan sesudah Akuisisi

Abstract

The company's financial performance shows the quantitative achievements achieved by the company in managing resources effectively and efficiently. Financial performance can be measured using financial ratios. This study was conducted to determine differences in PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) financial performance before and after the acquisition by analyzing the financial performance of the 2011-2013 and 2015-2017. The method used in this research is comparative descriptive method. The analysis technique used is pairwise difference test. This model is used to analyze the pre post research model or before and after. The analysis result indicate that there is a significant difference in the Current Ratio before and after the acquisition. While debt to total asset, Total asset turn over and return on asset show no significant difference before and after the acquisition.
