Under the background of "Internet +", by taking advantage of the framework of cloud accounting, we will actively promote the deep integration of enterprise financial accounting and management accounting, to provide scientific and reasonable decision-making suggestions for the development of enterprise operation, and to improve the efficiency of enterprise operation. Based on the background of "Internet +", this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of cloud accounting framework, aiming at the problems existing in the integration of enterprise financial accounting and management.
