Abstract

The Faculty of Theology runs a training program in gestalt pedagogy, intended for pedagogical, pastoral, counselling, social workers, parents, and all those who want to upgrade their professional competencies with integrated gestalt approaches and methods. The program is based on biographical and holistic learning, which presupposes the transformation of an individual's personality. The latter is related to his or her vulnerability and the discovery of resources that will enable personal growth and make him receptive to educational and pedagogical challenges. The program's added value is reflected in the connection and correlation of psychological and therapeutic work with many biblical contents and various religious elements, which address both the profound psychological and spiritual, religious dimension of the participants. As a result, it makes them more receptive to their spiritual, religious experience and dialogical relationship with God, which was also confirmed by our research.
