Abstract

Indonesian citizens have spent the USD 11.5 × 10 9 for medical treatment services abroad. Singapore is one of the favorite countries in medical tourism for Indonesian people. This research aims at analyzing the attraction factors of medical tourism in Singapore. There are 100 respondents visited Singapore to do medical tourism. The retrieved data is processed using the CFA (confirmatory analysis factor) method. The result shows the five main factors that make Singapore attractive for medical tourism, and the factors are the atmosphere and medical accuracy, competency and price, facilities, customer satisfaction, and entertainment.
