Abstract
Students with disabilities have the right to obtain welfare, one of which is psychological welfare. Achieving this is important for students to have initiative and strengthen their growth. This research aims to determine the role of meaning in life in mediating personal growth initiatives and psychological well-being. The population and sample for this study were students with disabilities, with a sample of 140 students with disabilities in all universities in Indonesia who were taken using accidental sampling techniques. The measuring instruments used in this research are the Personal Growth Initiative Scale-II (α = 0.62), the Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ) scale (α = 0.912), and Ryff's Scale of Psychological Well-Being (α = 0.886). The data analysis technique used is process modeling analysis version 3.0 by Andrew Hayes. The research results show that meaning in life can mediate between personal growth initiatives and psychological well-being in students with disabilities.
