Abstract
Specialized teams in addictology generally adopt a multifaceted conception of addiction and an individualized conception of medical care, which aims at intervening in several areas: cognitive, symbolic, biological and social. But to reach such an objective supposes that i) the interventions of the various actors (psychotherapists and others) are redefined and organized from the point of view of a transdisciplinary accompaniment; ii) therapeutic alliance is established from the patients ' experience, choices, resources for self-change and own satisfaction. Presentation of the therapeutic programme of the "Kairos" residential Centre gives a concrete illustration of this experiential approach, combining various psychotherapeutic methods, and questions on the prospects for evaluation of these therapeutic accompaniments.
