Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengekspolasi secara mendalam partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemenuhan fasilitas pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Cicalengka 4 Bandung. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan lima kategori partisipasi masayarakat dalam pemenuhan fasilitas pendidikan, yaitu penyedia fasilitas, pengawas pembangunan, peran komite sekolah, Partisipasi tenaga, partisipasi dana. Dari lima peran tersebut, maka peran komite sekolah tentu akan berdampak besar dalam pemenuhan fasilitas pendidikan jika difungsikan secara maksimal. Kata Kunci : Fasilitas Pendidikan, Komite Sekolah, Ruang Kelas Baru (RKB). ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to deeply extrapolate community participation in the fulfillment of educational facilities in elementary schools. The research method used is qualitative method with case study approach. Data collection is done with interviews and documentation studies. This research was conducted at SDN Cicalengka 4 Bandung. The results describe five categories of community participation in the fulfillment of educational facilities, namely facility providers, development supervisors, the role of school committees, labor participation, fund participation. Of the five roles, the role of the school committee will certainly have a big impact in the fulfillment of educational facilities if functioned to the maximum.
