Abstract

When this article was published, two mistakes in the Investigator study group had gone unnoticed. In the list of the Investigator Study Group the name of Thibault Duburcq was wrongly given as “Thibault Durocq” and the entry for Mario Kofler was missing directly behind Mr Duburcq. The Original Article has been corrected.
