Abstract
Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan masukan perbaikan kualitas guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan melalui Diklat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, yang mendeskripsikan kompetensi guru penjasorkes yang telah lulus kegiatan PLPG se-Kabupaten Jember. Nilai ratarata kompetensi setiap guru dari 19 responden guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan se-kabupaten Jember mendapatkan hasil. Sebanyak 10 guru atau 53% guru mendapatkan kriteria BS (Baik Sekali) dengan nilai rata-rata tertinggi 96% dan 9 guru atau 47% guru mendapatkan kriteria Baik (B) dengan nilai rata-rata terendah 65%. Selain itu hasil angket mengenai mengenai penilaian peserta didik mendapatkan nilai total 58 dari nilai maksimal 76 atau sebesar 76% serta angket nomer 10 mengenai evaluasi untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran mendapatkan angket terendah kedua, dengan mendapatkan nilai total 55 dari nilai maksimal 76 atau sebesar 72%. Kompetensi Kepribadian guru relatif tinggi. Kompetensi kepribadian guru dipengaruhi oleh masa kerja, semakin lama masa kerja semakin bagus kompetensi kepribadiannya. ABSTRACT The aim to be achieved from this research is to provide input on improving the quality of physical and physical education teachers through Diklat. This study uses a type of quantitative research with descriptive methods, which describes the competency of teacher education teachers who have passed PLPG activities throughout Jember Regency. The average competency value of each teacher from 19 respondents of Physical and Physical Education teachers in all districts of Jember got results. As many as 10 teachers or 53% of teachers get BS criteria (Very Good) with the highest average score of 96% and 9 teachers or 47% of teachers get the criteria of Good (B) with an average value of 65%. In addition, the results of the questionnaire regarding the assessment of students get a total score of 58 from a maximum score of 76 or 76% and questionnaire number 10 regarding evaluation for improving the quality of learning get the second lowest questionnaire, with a total score of 55 from a maximum of 76 or 72%. Teacher personality competence is relatively high. Teacher's personality competency is influenced by years of work, the longer the working period the better the competence of his personality.
