Recommender systems for evaluating computer messages

Abstract

In theory, private bargaining could yield the optimal level and order of evaluations, but it would be unmanageable with many potential readers. The provision of evaluations can be improved by considering three centralized mechanisms including subscription services, transactions-based compensation, and exclusion.
