The population growth in Jakarta stimulates the number of residential demands around the city. In contrast with the land availability, the feasible solution would be to create the high rise such as apartments. However, this result generates another problem, which is the clean water supplies. Apartment inhabitants at least consume clean water for 200 to 250 litres per person daily. This alarming circumstance should be solved by conserve the water. The paper is discussing the alternate way for apartment to recycle the used water. The careful calculation of water usage before design will affect the apartment design decisions. Integrated building services system are required in this designing process of the water recycle system. (FDAM).
