Abstract
We describe a method for producing blue light-emitting interfused CdSe//ZnS (QE up to 60%) nanocrystals and report the good performance of an electroluminescent device which uses them (external quantum efficiency ∼1.5 cd A-1). © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2005.
