Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study is that there is still a lack of explosive power of the leg muscles when doing longpass kicks on SSB Singojoyo players Kec. Gondanglegi Kab. Malang. This study aims to analyze whether the influence of plyometric barrier hops and knee tuck jump training on ball kicking skills in SSB Singojoyo Kec. Gondanglegi Kab. Malang. The population in this study is all players of SSB Singojoyo Kec. Gondanglegi Kab. Malang Unfortunately, there are 23 players. This study was included in an experimental study with independent variables namely plyometric barrier hops and knee tuck jump exercises. The method used is the one-group pretest-posttest design method. The sample was determined by a saturated sampling technique whose determination was based on the total population. The research instrument is a longpass ball kick test. The analysis technique is t-test analysis. From the results of pretest and posttest t test obtained t count of 15,321. The mean different result is 1,98 and the average at the time of pretest is 27,3348. It can be concluded that the treatment given to SSB Singojoyo players is able to provide a better effect of 7.24 percent for longpass kicks than before given training or treatment. The conclusion is that there is an effect of plyometric barrier hops and knee tuck jump exercises on the skill of kicking the ball. Abstrak: Permasalahan pada studi ini yaitu masih minimnya daya ledak otot tungkai ketika melakukan tendangan longpass pada pemain sepakbola SSB Singojoyo Kec. Gondanglegi Kab. Malang. Studi ini bertujuan guna menganalisa adakah pengaruh latihan plyometric barrier hops dan knee tuck jump terhadap keterampilan menendang bola pada SSB Singojoyo Kec. Gondanglegi Kab. Malang. Populasi pada studi ini yakni semua pemain SSB Singojoyo Kec. Gondanglegi Kab. Malang yang berjumlah 23 pemain. Studi ini termasuk dalam studi eksperimen dengan variable bebas yaitu latihan plyometric barrier hops dan knee tuck jump. Metode yang dipakai yakni metode one-group pretest-posttest design. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh yang penentuannya didasarkan pada jumlah populasinya. Instrumen penelitiannya yakni tes menendang bola longpass. Teknik analisisnya yaitu analisis uji-t. Dari hasil uji t pretest dan posttest didapatkan t hitung sebesar 15.321. Hasil mean different sebesar 1,98 dan rerata pada saat pretest syaitu 27.3348. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya treatment yang diberikan kepada pemain SSB Singojoyo mampu memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik sebesar 7,24 persen untuk tendangan longpass dibandingkan sebelum diberikan latihan atau treatment. Simpulannya yaitu terdapat pengaruh latihan plyometric barrier hops dan knee tuck jump terhadap keterampilan menendang bola.
