Abstract

The Pringsewu Regency Regional Revenue Agency has collected PBB-P2 and local taxes online through E-Tax since April 31, 2021. This was done to reduce community mobilization or interaction in the Covid-19 era. With this, the author conducts research on the community to determine the effectiveness of the online PBB-P2 collection procedure system through E-Tax on people's willingness to pay taxes. The results of the research that the author did, namely the use of the PBB-P2 collection procedure system through E-Tax proved to be effective on the willingness to pay taxes and the existence of the PBB-P2 collection procedure system through E-Tax the community became happy because they felt it was easier
