Abstract

Objectives: The aim of this work is to determine the effect of salt stress on the level of regeneration of explants, and morphophysiological characters of two banana varieties (Musa acuminata ): “grande naine “and “petite naine,’’ to regenerate vitro plants tolerant of salinity. Methodology and results : The release of two varieties banana (Musa acuminata ) “grande naine ” and “petite naine’’ from the Gharb region were cultured on Murashige and Skoog medium, with or without added NaCl (0, 2, 4 and 6 g / l). The results show that the two varieties have shoot regeneration despite the saline treatment.
