Abstract

The paper describes a new effective software system SMILE++ for comprehensive studying of rarefied gas flows by the DSMC method. The system design is based on the principles of Object-Oriented Programming, which makes it readily modifiable in order to add new capabilities. Examples of SMILE++ application to various problems of rarefied gas dynamics are presented. © 2011 American Institute of Physics.
