Abstract

In the sequential multinomial sampling case, a sufficient condition for a non-randomized sequential procedure to be complete is given, and also a necessary and sufficient condition for a randomized sequential procedure to be complete is obtained. © 1993, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
