Abstract

A new genus and two new species belonging to subfamily Cecidophyinae, namely Kyllocarus reticulatus gen. n., sp. n. infesting Lithocarpus brevicaudatus (Skan) Hay. (Fagaceae) and Gammaphytoptus schimae sp. n. infesting Schima superba Gardn & Champ. (Theaceae) are described and illustrated. Both new species are vagrants on their respective host plants. Cecidophyes digephyrus Keifer, 1966 is newly recorded for China. Guo-Quan Wang et al.
