Abstract

Because of the interactions between the sea and ice of various kinds (icebergs, sea ice, tidewater fronts and ice shelves), the glacimarine setting is one of the most complex and least understood sedimentary environments. There is a continuum of diamictic deposits and a range of controls from tectonic to oceanic. -from Author
