The PENGARUH PDRB DAN USIA PRODUKTIF TERHADAP PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA ERA BONUS DEMOGRAFI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB)  dan populasi usia produktif terhadap tingkat penyerapan tenaga kerja di Indonesia selama era bonus demografi. Bonus demografi merupakan periode di mana jumlah penduduk usia produktif lebih tinggi daripada usia non-produktif, yang menawarkan peluang untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui penyerapan tenaga kerja yang lebih besar. Dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan berbagai metode analisis regresi data panel, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa PDRB dan usia produktif memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Indonesia. Hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya kebijakan yang mendukung penciptaan lapangan kerja untuk memanfaatkan potensi bonus demografi secara optimal. Kata Kunci : Bonus Demografi, PDRB, Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja, Usia Produktif  This study aims to analyze the impact of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices and the productive age population on labor absorption in Indonesia during the demographic bonus era. The demographic bonus is a period where the productive age population is larger than the non-productive population, offering opportunities to increase economic growth through higher employment absorption. Using secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and various panel data regression analysis methods, this study finds that GRDP and the productive age population significantly influence labor absorption in Indonesia. These results highlight the importance of policies that support job creation to fully capitalize on the potential of the demographic bonus.
