PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI SISWA MADRASAH ALIYAH BERBASIS KETERAMPILAN MULTIMEDIA DAN TEKNIK KOMPUTER JARINGAN

Abstract

This article analyzes the efforts of MA Miftahul Ulum Plus Skills, Banyuputih Kidul Jatiroto Lumajang in developing vocational education and improving the skills of MA Miftahul Ulum Plus Skills students through the Job Training Center. This type of research is field research with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the development of vocational education at MA Miftahul Ulum Plus Skills aims to prepare graduates to have skills and foster an entrepreneurial spirit to have economic independence and be able to create jobs independently when they are involved in the community. The skills improvement of MA Miftahul Ulum Plus students Skills in the field of multimedia and computer network engineering are part of a series of quality management education with the expectation that the output is ready and capable in the world of work so that later it can be absorbed by the world of work.
