Abstract
Innovation in business has resulted in many changes to business processes and also customer service. Among them is the use of QRIS mobile payment in transactions. This research was conducted to test perceptions of the use of qris in transactions in the city of Jayapura. Using a survey of 120 respondents, we found that perceived trust and perceived ease of use had a significant effect on the use of qris in the city of Jayapura. Meanwhile, Perceived risk has no effect. Thus, this provides insight to business people that the people of Jayapura city are more likely to trust and feel the ease of using QRIS in carrying out transactions. So that business people can use this transaction payment medium for their customers.
