Abstract
The article discusses the system developed by Tokyo Women's Medical University to improve the problem-based learning (PBL) method. Although PBL has become a popular educational modality in health care educations, the author said difficulties in the practice are still experienced by some institutes. The author claimed that the graduates who underwent the 4-year PBL course of the university are already teaching through PBL in medical school. The paper discussed the innovations for PBL tutorial.
