Abstract
Diagnostic variability20-2.There are several possible reasons for diagnostic variations, one of them could be a qualitative difference between observers, another might be attributed to the individuals' use of different diagnostic criteria but with both possessing similar diagnostic skills. Different teaching centers often develop their own methods of practice and use of definitions and terminology. Finally, one should be aware that the test sample obtained may give a probability of disease rather than a definite identification of the state of the disease.
