Abstract

The high rate of the corruption of fresh food in the circulation process leads to risks in cold chain logistics. This paper establishes an evolutionary game model of cold chain logistics outsourcing of fresh food enterprises with operating risks. The replication dynamic equations of the model are given. The Evolutionary Stable Strategy (ESS) is determined, and the impact of the different parameters is analyzed. The results show that the evolution direction of the model is influenced by the initial state, excess incomes and their distribution coefficients, excess costs caused by operating risks, costs of fresh-keeping efforts, default costs, and losses of unfulfilled contracts. Numerical simulation experiments are conducted to verify the theoretical results by using MATLAB.
