Abstract

Focusing on talent cultivation with OBE concept under on-site scenarios for cybersecurity technology education in vocational college integrating AIGC and project-based strategy. By constructing an overall framework based on the OBE reverse design, AIGC was integrated into various aspects of talent cultivation, including the process of professional talent cultivation, project implementation, and evaluation. This enables the generation of intelligent professional talent cultivation cases, personalized learning resource recommendations, and intelligent analysis of the learning process. Through comparison between the experimental class and regular class, it was found that students who adopted this training mode had great improvement in theoretical knowledge scores, practical skills assessment and a satisfaction rate with the proposed mode. The feedback from employers shows that graduates have outstanding performance in job. It provides an innovative and effective practical path for the training of vocational cybersecurity talents.
