Abstract

Transformational leadership has become a strategic approach that is highly relevant in addressing the challenges of modern organizations. Leaders with a transformational style not only direct, but also inspire and empower their teams to achieve shared goals. This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership in building a collaborative and vision- oriented work culture. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study of an education-based nonprofit organization in Indonesia. Findings show that transformational leaders are able to establish synergistic work patterns through visionary communication, value-based role modeling, and individual empowerment within the team. The resulting work culture becomes more adaptive, innovative, and cohesive in facing change. These findings underscore the urgency of transformational leadership as a strategic key in strengthening a healthy and productive organizational culture. Keywords: collaborative work culture; transformational leadership; team empowerment; organizational vision.
