Abstract
Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini meliputi: (1) menganalisis manajemen pelaksanaan program; (2) menganlisis efektivitas program; (3) menganalisis faktor pendukung program; (4) menganalisis faktor penghambat program PKL di SMK Negeri 2 Kebumen .Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi, dengan pendekatan penelitian kualiitatif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah CIPPO dengan komponen Context, Input, Process, Product dan Outcame. Metode dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Manajemen Program PKL di SMK Negeri 2 Kebumen sudah berjalan dengan baik; (2) Program PKL di SMK Negeri 2 Kebumen dengan menggunakan model CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product dan Outcame) sudah berjalan efektif; (3) Faktor pendukung program PKL di SMK Negeri 2 Kebumen meliputi kebijakan pemerintah, tim pokja PKL yang solid, harapan masyarakat yang tinggi, komitmen siswa yang baik, peran orang tua, peran DUDI; (4) Faktor penghambatnya adalah keterbatasan DUDI berskala besar, perbedaan sarana dan prasarana, keterbatasan pengalaman kerja, kurangnya kreativitas dan insiatif siswa. Kata Kunci: manajemen, evaluasi, evaluasi program, praktik kerja lapangan Abstract: The purpose of this study includes: (1) analyzing the management of program implementation; (2) analyzing the effectiveness of the program; (3) analyzing the supporting factors of the program; (4) analyzing the inhibiting factors of the program. This type of research is evaluation research, with a qualitative research approach. The evaluation model used was CIPPO with the Context, Input, Process, and Product and Outcame components. Data collection methods and techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study are: (1) industrial work practice program management in SMK Negeri 2 Kebumen was running well, (2) industrial work practice program in SMK Negeri 2 Kebumen using the CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product and Outcame) had been effective; (3) supporting factors industrial work practice program at SMK Negeri 2 Kebumen include government policies, a solid team work of industrial work practice, community expectations were high, student commitment good, role of parents, business and industrial world role; (4) The inhibiting factors of the programare the limited business and industrial world large-scale, differences in facilities and infrastructure, limited work experience, lacked of student creativity and initiative.
