Abstract

The Editor wishes to apologize to Dr. Joanne Pedro‐Carroll and to all who knew of and respected Dr. Emory L. Cowen for the incomplete presentation of authorship on the memorial piece entitled “Remembering Emory L. Cowen” ( Journal of Community Psychology , Vol. 29, No. 4, p. 379). The correct authorship should have been: A. Dirk Hightower, Joanne Pedro‐Carroll, and Raymond P. LorionIn our haste to acknowledge Emory's life, we mistakenly omitted one of those who contributed to this piece and, most importantly, to his work on children's adjustment to divorce and family disruptions.
