Abstract
In the present report, we would like to comment a case of patient with diabetes mellitus type 2 manifesting the rare complication of heparin subcutaneous administration in a form of pyoderma gangrenosum-like skin changes which were induced probably by an immune-modulating activity of heparin. © 2014 Landes Bioscience.
