Abstract

The importance of this research is to boost interaction rates between sellers and buyers based on online marketing principles. The priority in the design is application attractiveness and ease of use. The end benefit is to solve product distribution problems in the downstream phase of the agricultural industry. The objectives of this research study are as follows: 1) To evaluate appealing patterns for application design and appropriate graphic and multimedia design components. 2) To provide an optimal e-commerce application design with innovative design. This research was conducted with qualitative research. The methods included Application Pattern Evaluation, Graphic Design Element Evaluation, and Satisfaction Evaluation. The results are presented as follows: 1) The popular application patterns’ features are Minimalism and Geometric forms that are simple designs where details are removed to deliver a clear message, Photography with graphics in an eco-conscious style, Glass morphism and Gradients with Soft Shadows. 2) The optimum design elements to be used in the application design are Minimalism and Geometric Styles, Photography with Graphics in Eco-conscious Style, and Glass Morphism and Gradients with Soft Shadows. 3) Satisfaction levels from using the protocol application are Photography with graphics in an eco-conscious style, Minimalism and Geometric styles, and Glass Morphism and Gradients with Soft Shadows.
