Abstract

Heterogeneous photo-catalysis has gained importance in industrial processes for the purification of water and air, and has proven suitable for the manufacture of high-quality decorative paints. Special measures are required, however, to prevent oxidative degradation and to maintain technical and aesthetic properties.
