Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of asset structure, net profit margin and current ratio on capital structure in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The object of this research is the entire property and real estate industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. This research methodology uses descriptive qualitative statistical analysis techniques with purposive sampling technique and observation data of 45 companies.
