Abstract
The paper analyzes the impact that the application of International Human Rights Law has on the jurisdictional protection of groups in situations of structural discrimination in Chile (migrants, indigenous peoples, prisoners and women), to determine if the incorporation of this type of norms has represented a greater protection for these groups. From the analysis of the jurisprudence of the Courts of Appeals and Supreme Court, are extracted the most relevant uses of International Human Rights Law and the advances and pending challenges in the jurisdictional field.
