Evolución de la productividad de las empresas del sector real de la economía Colombiana

Abstract

This article seeks to establish the evolution of the productivity of the real sector of the Colombian economy during the last decade, based on the information of the companies belonging to this sector; using the Malmquist productivity index methodology. The results show that in all periods there was an improvement in productivity. That there are subsectors that stand out for their good average results: Administrative and support services activities and Real-estate activities It can also be established that the sub-sectors with the best-accumulated results are Real-estate activities and Construction.
