Abstract

This study discusses the improvement of the performance of high-level residential building structures in the time control section of construction projects using BIM 4D and M-PERT. The method used is combining the M-PERT method with the 4D BIM method. Merging is done by means of data processing results of M-PERT implemented into BIM 4D. A case study was conducted on the Embarcadero Apartment project in Bintaro, Indonesia, the results of the research show that scheduling using M-PERT and BIM 4D on merge 1 the duration of work was 177.63 days, on merge 2 the duration of work was 178.13 days, on merge 3 the duration of work was 178.95 days, on merge 4 the duration her work duration was 179.73 days, and the final merge of work duration was 181.7 days. M-Pert schedule has a higher level of accuracy than the project schedule, which is a difference of 3.3 days from the realization schedule which has an accuracy rate of 98.19%, while for project schedule the difference is 12 days. and has an accuracy rate of 93.06%.
