Abstract

Graphical abstract Abstract The characteristics of the three phase induction motor speed regulation are nonlinear. The vector control is one of the control methods that is currently being researched to regulate the speed of a three-phase induction motor. This study discusses the step by step vector control algorithm model using Matlab / Simulink. The three-phase stator winding current is transformed into d-q coordinates which will then be compared with the reference signal, the comparison error signal is fed to the PI controller. Simulink model testing is done by changing the input speed and torque of the load. Simulation results show that this characteristic response transient has a good value, when testing changes in speed from 1200-2000 RPM speed and declining speed from 1800-1000 RPM speed with 0 Nm and 75 Nm load torque, then tested with 0-75 load torque changes Nm and 75-0 Nm, the average rise time values ranged from 0.732 to 1.598 s, overshoot ranged from 0.501% to 0.509%, and errors steady state ranged from 0.776% to 1.943%. Abstrak Karakteristik pengaturan kecepatan motor induksi tiga fasa adalah nonlinear. Vektor kontrol merupakan salah satu metode kontrol yang saat ini banyak diteliti guna mengatur kecepatan motor induksi tiga fasa.Penelitian ini membahas tentang langkah demi langkah model algoritma vektor kontrol menggunakan Matlab/Simulink. Arus tiga fasa belitan stator di transformasi ke koordinat d-q yang selanjutnya akan dibandingkan dengan sinyal referensi, sinyal error hasil perbandingan di umpankan pada kontroller PI. Pengujian model simulink dilakukan dengan perubahan input kecepatan dan torsi beban. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik respons transien ini mempunyai nilai yang baik, saat uji perubahan kecepatan dari kecepatan 1200-2000 RPM dan kecepatan menurun dari kecepatan 1800-1000 RPM dengan torsi beban 0 N.m dan 75 N.m, kemudian diuji dengan perubahan torsi beban 0-75 N.m dan 75-0 N.m, diperoleh nilai rata-rata rise timeyang berkisar 0,732 s-1,598 s, overshoot berkisar 0,501 %-0,509 %, dan error steady state berkisar 0,776 %-1,943 %.
