Abstract
There is a growing imperative to ensure that aging-related resources and information are accessible to olderadults and caregivers as the population ages. Extension can play an important role in associated education andoutreach. We report on the results of a community assessment conducted in Larimer County, Colorado, thataddressed barriers to information access. The results of our assessment demonstrated that many people werenot finding the right entry point to access the services they needed. These findings inform strategies beingapplied in Senior Access Points of Larimer County, a program that encompasses a coordinated, county-wideoutreach campaign.
