Abstract
Information technologies and the provided security advantages play crucial role in companies' lives. These key elements are able to help and support them to become successful. The primary goal of the study is to investigate interrelationship among organisational culture, leadership style, information security and cloud computing. The former case studies examined only one or two areas but they didn't establish a common model for all of them. In this case study the authors present that these areas have affect to each other and have to be synchronized if a company would like to be effective. This research revealed different affects among them and they could support or hinder each other. Authors had elaborated a new model (focused on the information security and cloud computing) which could help for the organisation that they would be able to discover the interaction among these key operational fields. We have been examining the effects of applying cloud solutions to the organization which is responsible for information security as well as those security requirements that was created to providers. They have identified the connection among organisational culture, leadership style, information security and cloud computing.
