Abstract
Pheochromocytoma is the rarest cause for secondary hypertension. The clinical signs, although dominated by arterial hypertension, can mimic many other conditions. We described the case of a man with malignant pheochromocytoma. All necessary and applied diagnostic and therapeutic options are discussed. Detailed instructions for good clinical practice are given.
